Jason DeJesus
Chief Executive Officer
Jason DeJesus is responsible for reviewing the strategic direction of the Company and develop a plan for sustainable growth. He directly manages the project management team ensuring the clients expectations and needs are met.
Jason heads business development and serves on the company’s operations manager.
Jason has held a series of leadership, operational, and management positions throughout his 25-year career.
He created Lares in 2018 after many years of working with top ranked national firms in construction management. He went on to hold senior program management and project management roles in the transportation sector, K through 12 Educational facilities, College and Universities, Historic Preservation, Marine construction and sanitation and recycling facilities. Jason also lectures for NYC’s Small Business Services construction mentorship program.
Jason holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from NYU’s Polytechnic school of Engineering and a Master of Science from Hunter College’s school of Urban Policy and Planning. Jason is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through the Construction Managers Association of America (CMAA ).
Justin Batista - Associate - Justin Holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Manhattan College - Justin served as BIM manager for several high end projects including Facebook Headquarters in NYC. Justin is also proficient in Revit 2020 and construction management software programs such as Procore, e-Builder, MicroStation and Constructware.
