Lares is New York Bred and New York Tough! With ownership raised in NYC, there is an intimate connection with the city and understanding of how the community thrives. 

We are a full service construction firm that specializes in project controls using Construction Management Software such as Procore, e-Builder, Constructware.  We provide General Construction services, Painting and Flooring trades, Cost Estimating, Project Scheduling and BIM management through Revit 2020 integration. 

Owners and Developers can engage Lares at any phase of the project life cycle to either provide program management or be an on-site project manager as the Owner’s Representative. 

Our past experience serving State and City agencies has allowed us to understand the intricacies of each agency program and project delivery method that they utilize to complete projects. 

Lares uses a SMART approach to project management; each goal should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time relevant.
